Years ago I read that the manhunters in South Africa had best results with a mixed load of #5 and #6 shot. I cannot confirm this from personal experience.

Years ago I read that the manhunters in South Africa had best results with a mixture of #5 and #6 shot. Reportedly this load yielded the best spread/knock-down results. I cannot confirm this from personal experience.
