This is neither news nor accurate. A form of this letter began circulating in April 2004. There are several sites investigating these claims showing a mixture of truth, false, misleading, and improvable. Urban legends has the most links for accuracy. As it is so easy to check on for accuracy and timeliness, why would Power Line post it? Is all of Power Line as incorrect as this post? Do any regular readers actually try to find out how much of Power Line is inaccurate?
